Hunter joined UMS in July 2020 and serves as a Senior Analyst, specializing in electric usage audits, database optimization, and customer data analysis. Since joining, he has led multiple high-profile projects including government task orders and large commercial client engagements.
Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with minors in Mathematics and Data Science, and a Master of Science in Business Analytics, also from UNCW. He is both a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Business Energy Professional (BEP).
A recognized voice in the energy industry, Hunter has presented at industry conferences on topics including curtailable and interruptible electric rates, and has twice served as a panelist at the World Energy Conference.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys playing volleyball, running, and spending time with his two dogs, Soul and Sloan.
