Steven joined UMS in July 2020 and serves as a Senior Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with a minor in Mathematics, a background that brings a unique technical edge to utility rate analysis and data-driven auditing.
Steven is both a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Business Energy Professional (BEP). He specializes in conducting complex audits for large commercial and industrial clients, combining technical precision with deep knowledge of utility rate structures to deliver accurate, efficient, and actionable results. His Computer Science foundation also contributes to UMS’s ongoing development of the analytical tools and processes that power the audit process.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys long walks with his dog, birdwatching, hiking, playing disc golf, and discovering new music.
