Hailey joined UMS in 2021 and works as a Senior Analyst in the invoicing department. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Science in Business Analytics, both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Since joining the company, Hailey has further enhanced her expertise by earning the Business Energy Professional (BEP) and Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers.
