Hailey joined UMS in April 2021 and serves as a Senior Analyst in the invoicing department. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Business Analytics, as well as her Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
She holds Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP), Business Energy Professional (BEP), and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certifications through the Association of Energy Engineers, further strengthening her expertise in utility data and analysis.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys hiking, yoga, and crocheting!
