Josh Scarbrough joined UMS in June 2025 and serves as an Associate Analyst. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with a concentration in Finance — a background that lends itself naturally to the detail-oriented work of analyzing utility accounts and identifying billing inefficiencies.
In his role, Josh supports the auditing team by analyzing utility accounts to help identify cost saving opportunities for clients. His Finance foundation gives him a strong grasp of how utility costs impact a business’ bottom line and what it means for a client to recover savings they didn’t know existed.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys surfing, spending time with friends, and being with his dogs.
