Jeremy “JD” Poole joined UMS in February 2021 and serves as Business Operations Specialist. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with a concentration in Technical Theater, and is also a Notary Public.
In his role, JD supports a wide range of operational functions, including IT, accounts receivable and payable, facilities management, and customer service; making him an integral part of day-to-day operations at UMS. Behind every smooth client experience and every savings check that goes out the door, JD is working to make sure the business runs the way it should.
Outside of work, JD enjoys baking, playing video games, and spending time with friends over board games. He has also participated in both the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Disney Christmas Day Parade!
