Vanessa joined UMS in 2019 and serves as the Provider and Department of Revenue Relations Specialist. In her role, she manages tax refund and exempt processing, data procurement, research support, and provides assistance to UMS management and staff. She works closely with account managers, power providers, state departments of revenue, and customers.
Prior to joining UMS, Vanessa worked as an Office Manager and Conflicts Administrator, where she contributed to establishing a nonprofit organization that provides free legal services.
