Nicolette joined UMS in 2015 and serves as Senior Analyst and Invoicing Team Lead. With over a decade at UMS, she brings deep expertise in utility rate analysis, energy procurement, and invoicing accuracy — ensuring clients receive every dollar of savings they’re entitled to.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Master of Science in Mathematics, both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Nicolette also holds multiple certifications through the Association of Energy Engineers, including Business Energy Professional (BEP), Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP), and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), a combination that reflects both her technical precision and her commitment to professional development in the energy industry.
