Tiffany West graduated from UNC Wilmington with a degree in Accounting and Business Systems and has a background in Insurance Sales (employee benefits), Account Management, and Provider Relations. Tiffany joined the UMS family as an Account Manager in 2024 and has focused on teamwork and success with helping businesses with utility savings opportunities while building relationships. Tiffany is passionate about helping businesses take advantage of all of the utility savings opportunities that UMS offers. Tiffany has a son that graduated from NC State and resides in Wilmington, NC with her husband, Danny.
