Lauren joined UMS in August 2026 as an Account Manager, bringing a strong communication background to her work connecting with prospective clients and showcasing UMS’ expertise in utility bill auditing and rate optimization. In her role, she helps build relationships with new clients and clearly communicates the value UMS brings to their bottom line.
She holds Bachelor’s degrees in English and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. This combination gives her the clarity and people skills to connect with prospective clients and tell UMS’s story in a compelling way.
Outside of work, Lauren is usually in the middle of a book (or two), tending to her garden, and spending time outdoors with her high-energy dog, Ødegaard. She’s also recently picked up sewing and really enjoys it!
