Overview
Kathryn Hutchison, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is a long-time
customer of Utility Management Services Inc. (UMS) and has
previously worked with UMS through her managerial positions. Kathryn recently took on a new role as General Manager at Greenhouse Condominium – a 16 – story high-rise complex with over 287 units.
Using our proprietary software, Ratemaster, UMS’ certified
Business Energy Professional Analysts searched for billing errors,
overcharges, and ongoing savings opportunities. UMS was able
to find a better rate/rider combination based on their actual usage,
revealing annual savings of $15,540 and an additional $1,500 four
months later!
